Kaleo invites you to slow down — to move with purpose, to remember what life feels like when it breathes with meaning.

The land
Kaleo begins with the land — the rolling fields, still mornings, and the quiet rhythms of nature. This is a place where sheep graze under golden light, where time slows, and the earth reminds us what it means to be rooted.

Bring the AI Factory to your stage
Invite Anand Mahurkar to speak at your conference, leadership offsite, or board session.
Most enterprise AI talks are about what is possible. Anand talks about what actually works. As Founder and CEO of Findability Sciences, he has spent more than 30 years in technology and led over 250 enterprise AI implementations across manufacturing, agribusiness, dairy, financial services, retail and government.
His sessions take audiences from the factory floor to the boardroom, using real deployment stories from AI Factory: The Executive’s Blueprint for Turning Data Into Intelligence. Leaders walk away with a practical way to turn data into intelligence at scale.

Most companies today are not short of AI. They are short of results. AI is already being used across much of the enterprise, yet relatively few companies have been able to move beyond pilots and put it to work at scale. Too many promising experiments never become part of how the business operates or makes decisions. AI Factory explains why and offers a practical way forward.
Drawing on hundreds of enterprise AI implementations at Findability Sciences, Anand Mahurkar argues that the biggest challenge is rarely the AI model itself. What is usually missing is the system around it: a foundation that can continuously turn data into intelligence that people can use to make better decisions. He calls this system the AI Factory, an approach highlighted by Thomas Davenport and Randy Bean in MIT Sloan Management Review as a compelling model for enterprise AI.
At the heart of the book is I-CUPP, a five-layer framework: Infrastructure, Collection, Unification, Processing, and Presentation. Mahurkar explains why AI initiatives often struggle when companies begin with models and use cases before building the underlying foundation. He introduces the idea of Wide Data—using a greater variety of relevant data rather than simply more data—and shows how predictive, interpretive, and generative AI can work together on a common foundation.
The book then moves from technology to execution: how to build the road map, establish governance, prepare the organization, lead the change, and assess whether an enterprise is truly ready for AI.
AI Factory is a practical handbook for leaders who want to move beyond AI experiments and make intelligence a repeatable part of how their business runs.
